Handmade & Returns

All items in my shop are handmade to order, just for you. Nothing is mass-produced, and each piece takes time, care and love to be created.

Because every item is made specifically for each customer, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is not as described, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it at gatia.kouvaria@gmail.com and I will do my best to make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Please include a photo of the item and your order number so I can help you as quickly as possible.
